Therefore, we should all join our hands to fill the deficit in the government jobs”. Thus, we invite our fellow colleagues in the private sector to cooperate with us by providing the ambitious talented Nationals with the opportunity to embark on a successful career journey that would ensure a stable life for them. We, in turn, will refine these talents by organising training and qualification sessions that would prepare them to work in the private sector and would sharpen their skills to aptly enter this field as it will open new horizons for them to work and excel.”
The discounts offered by Air Arabia through Waffer Discounts Programme to the employees of Sharjah Government were also discussed during the meeting, as well as the discounts offered by Waffer Programme to the employees of Air Arabia.

He then thanked Air Arabia for its cooperation and assistance in achieving a part of this goal that we all aspire to, which is finding a job opportunity for every National and providing social welfare to employees.

Furthermore, he pointed out that Air Arabia succeeded, over the past years, to increase Emiratisation ratios in administrative positions in order to achieve UAE Vision 2021 on Emiratisation. It also strives to increase Emiratisation ratios in technical positions by providing intensive training and qualification programmes that are commensurate with university studies, in order to continue the support of Emiratisation in the aviation industry.
